Bracelet Size
Bracelets are approximately size 6.5-7in (190 - 203 mm). Please expect some slight differences.

Bracelet Care
To put on or remove, roll the bracelet up or down your hand minimizing the stretch of the cord. Remove the bracelet before washing or applying lotions or perfumes. To wash your bracelet, place in a small bowl of warm water, mix in a small amount of gentle, unscented handsoap. Gently brush the beads with a soft bristled toothbrush for up to 5 minutes. Pat lightly with a soft hand towel and allow to fully dry. 

Materials
Beads are made of glass, stone, semi precious stones, wood, ceramic, porcelain, marble, metal, 18K gold filled, 925 grade silver filled, and lava rock. The jelly cord is made out of elastic plastic rubber. Bliss & Beads does not claim to be nickel free. Natural stones have natural differences, please expect some slight variation in appearance. 

Essential Oils & Carrier Oils
Bliss & Beads uses Therapeutic grade, 100% pure natural essential oils. Our oils are safe for topical applications and diffusers. They are Internationally Certified, Non GMO, and sustainably manufactured. Our oil is cruelty free and does not test on animals. Out Natual Cold Pressed Organic Jojoba Oil is 100% pure, bottled in the USA, and USDA Certified. It is hypoallergenic and safe for topical application. The Jojoba Oil is vegan, gluten free, and cruelty free.

Patch Test - It is recommended that you perform a patch test prior to applying the products to the whole of your body. By performing a patch test you can be confident that you are not allergic to any Bliss & Beads products. To complete the patch test, apply one 1 undiluted drop of oil to your skin and cover it with a band aid. Monitor the sight for 24-48 hours. While most people are not allergic to the products I buy, it is important to be mindful of your both your skin and your health. 

How to Use Essential Oils
Bracelets: drop 1-2 undiluted drops to each bead you would like. Allow the oil to absorb into the beads for 30-45 minutes. Bliss & Beads uses waxed lava beads which can retain the scent for up to 7 days compared to unwaxed lava beads which traditionally start to lose their scent around 3 days.

Skin Application: Drop a tablespoon of Jojoba Carrier Oil into the palm of your hand. Add 1-2 Drops of Essential Oil to the tablespoon on your hand. Massage into your skin. Do not apply essential oils to open wounds or irritated skin. Please consult a doctor about using essential oils for medical purposes. 

Electronic Diffusers: Please follow the directions provided with your diffuser.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

General Refunds and Exchanges
Customers have up to 5 calendar days to return non damaged items. Customers will not be reimbursed for shipping on general returns. Refunds will be released within 7 days of Bliss & Beads receiving item(s). Please email me at [email protected] with the phrase "General Return" and the Order Number in the subject. Please mail returns to PO Box 123 Flint, MI 48502. Bliss & Beads will initiate a 100% (total) refund on the returned product(s), but 0% (none) of the shipping fees within 48 hours of receiving returned products. Items that are returned after the 5 calendar days have passed will not be refunded for costs or shipping. 

Damaged Item Refunds and Exchanges
Please email a photo of the damaged item to Bliss & Beads at [email protected] with the phrase "Damaged Item" and the Order Number in the subject. Customers have up to 3 calendar days to return items damaged in transit. Please mail returns to PO Box 123 Flint, MI 48502. Bliss & Beads will initiate a 100% (total) refund for damaged item(s) and 50% (half) of shipping costs within 48 hours of Bliss & Beads receiving item(s). Refunds will not be permitted for non damaged items within the same order. Items that are returned damaged after the 3 calendar days have passed will not be refunded for purchase costs or shipping.

Wrong Item Refunds and Exchanges
Please email a photo of the incorrect item to Bliss & Beads at [email protected] with the phrase "Wrong Order" and the Order Number in the subject. Please mail the incorrect item(s) to PO Box 123 Flint, MI 48502. All Wrong Orders will be responded to within 48 hours. Customer has the option of:

  1. 100% refund including shipping initiated within 48 hours
  2. Allow Bliss & Beads to expedite ship correct item(s) at no extra cost

Sale & Clearance Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final if the item is on sale or clearance; general returns and refunds will not be honored for sale and clearance items. If you receive a Wrong Order or Damaged Items, the aforementioned policies will determine the possibility of refunds and exchanges.

These locations follow the Bliss & Beads Damaged Item Policy, and are authorized to provide refunds covering the price of the product. Customers have up to 3 days to return items damaged in transit. Items that are returned damaged after the 3 days have passed will not be refunded for costs or shipping. Gift Card Redemption Policy

All gift cards advertised at blissandbeads.com are redeemable online at www.blissandbeads.com and at pop up shops. Gift Cards purchased at blissandbeads.com are not redeemable at Outlet Shops. Each individual Outlet Shop may off their respective stores, please call your local Outlet Shop for more information. Gift Cards are valid to use immediately after purchase and areset to expire twelve (12) months from purchase. Gift Cards include a scannable barcode to allow you to use in person at Bliss & Beads pop up shops and online. The gift cards/discount codes in are eligible for use on any order, so long as the order value exceeds the gift card value. This means that a gift card must be used in one go and cannot be partially redeemed, and it also means that the customer must buy items with a total exceeding the value on the gift card. Cards are compatible with Google and Apple Pay, so you can easily add to your wallet. All gift card designs are the exclusive intellectual property of Bliss & Beads.

Coupon Redemption Policy

"LOCALPICKUP" In Person Pick-Up Policy
Once your order is submitted and the Bliss & Beads Team sees that you used the LOCALPICKUP coupon, Bliss & Beads will reach out to you via email within 48 hours to schedule pick up. In Person Pick Up is local to Mott Community College located at 1401 E Court St. Flint, MI 48503, near the downtown Flint area. Customers have up to 5 calendar days to pick up their orders. Failure to pick up your orders within 5 calendar days will result in your order being cancelled and the products purchased will be marked as available to other buyers. Special circumstances such as emergencies and holidays will be taken into consideration and will be decided on an individual basis and discussed via email.
